Your gynaecologist will assess the fit of your pessary after a few weeks or
months to see whether you can switch to a different size. The various sizes
allow for individual fitting. Treatment is often carried out with increasing
pessary sizes in order to achieve better results.

How do I insert the Sieve Bowl Pessary ?
Pessaries can easily be inserted on your own. Check the Sieve Bowl Pessary
for intactness, cleanliness, discolouration, damage and wear marks. The
pessary has to be replaced by a new one should damage or changes on the

You should insert the Sieve Bowl Pessary into the vagina in the mornings
and remove it in the evenings in order for the sensitive vaginal tissue to
