1. Install hitch: Using a clamp, secure and align the side brackets with attachment holes on frame rails, see Figure 1. Using 24mm socket, loosely install (6) M16 bolts ①
and (6) M16 flange nuts ② to hold side bracket, both sides.
2. Torque all M16 fasteners to 210 lb.ft. (285 N*M)
Proper torque is needed to keep the hitch secure to the vehicle when towing.
