CHARACTERS

A high quality, multi-function winch. Machinery is one-piece design, plastic handgrip, high strength
alloy-steel gear of one-piece design, welded reel. Baked enamel and plated. Automatic brake to
assures suspension of the load.
OPERATING
•
Lifting of the load must happen by rotating the crank Clock-wise. When releasing the crank, the load
remains suspended. The descent of the load must happen by rotating the crank counterclockwise.
The automatic brake control avoid unchecked descent of the load.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATIONS
•
1)
The winch could not to traffic people or for loads over areas where people could be present.
2)
Never use load on winch with cable fully extended. Keep at least 3 full turns of cable on the
reel.
3)
Operate with hand power and with crank included in the equipment only. The winch should
not be operated with a motor of any kind. If winch cannot be cranked easily with one hand,
it may be over-loaded.
MAINTAIN
•
To use longer it should be regularly cleaned and then wiped with light oil or wax.
To continue smooth face and increase life, it should be should be regularly grease gear, reel shaft
and handle threads.
CAUTION
•
Do not oil or grease brake mechanism.
