Troubleshooting

The following errors can cause faults.
Fault
The milling machine does not start
when the foot control is operated
Halogen light does not function
Vertical movement not smooth
If faults cannot be remedied using this fault finding chart, call your service technician or call the Dentaurum

Remedy
Insert the plug on the
control unit (illus. 3, 3.2)
Switch the control unit on at the
switched on ON/OFF switch (illus. 3, 3.1)
Insert the connecting cable of the
connected foot control into the socket
on the control unit (illus. 3, 3.8) and
screw on tightly
Insert the connecting cable of the
connected micromotor into the socket
on the spindle column and control unit
(illus. 3, 3.7) and screw on tightly
Change the fuse in the control unit
(illus. 7).

Change halogen light bulb
Refer to section 6
Change the fuse in the control unit

Clean the columns with a brush
