Positioning and installation
Install the receiver near to the boiler and well away from electromagnetic fi elds (for
example: televisions, computers, refrigerators, microwave ovens), as these could aff ect
the operation of the device. Take extra care when positioning the device near lifts,
stairways and metal wall structures, as these may have an isolating eff ect with regard to
signal transmission and reception. Install in an environment with normal pollution levels.
Warning!
Installation should be performed by a
qualifi ed technician.
Before making any connections, shut
off electrical power to the heat genera-
tor with its external two-position switch.
Wall installation
- Open the cover by pressing lightly on
the tab at the bottom of the receiver
(Fig. 1).
- Fix the receiver's base to the wall at the
chosen position, using the plugs and
screws supplied with the kit (Fig. 2).
Electrical connection to the heat gener-
ators
Connect the receiver to the heat genera-
tor controller via the BUS connector (Fig.
4).
The BUS connection is not polarised.
Now check that the receiver's green led
(Fig. 3) is on.
If the receiver has not yet been associat-
ed with any device, its red led will be on
