3. Connect the ground connector (4) to your grounding post using the ground
connection cable supplied. Follow the tips in section 7.3 to ensure proper grounding.

We recommend using cables with M8 connection eyelets. The grounding posts
must be at least 50 cm long. The better the grounding, the more effective the
electrical pulse will be.
4. Connect the fence connector (3) to the fence using the fence connection cable.
5. Tighten the two connection nuts (3 and 4) by hand and check that they are fastened.
NOTICE
To avoid lightning damage, we recommend installing a residual current device (A)
and lightning protection device (B) (e.g. item numbers 44880 and 48015).

VERIFYING GOOD WORKING ORDER (OPTIONAL)

Before connecting the VOSS.PET fenci to your fence, you can ensure that it is working
properly.
1. Unscrew the two terminal nuts (3 and 4).
2. Insert the mains plug (5) into the socket and switch on the device using the on/off
switch (1).
WARNING AGAINST ELECTRICAL VOLTAGES
Only use properly installed power sockets to supply the fence with power. Do
not use converters/inverters to supply power to the device. This may result in
damage to or destruction of the device.
