OPERATION
Your Multi Cooker is easy to operate. Refer to specific cooking functions for detailed
instructions.
CAUTION: To avoid burns, NEVER touch the heating surface during or immediately
after cooking.

Position the Multi Cooker at least 15 cm (6 inches) away from walls or other
appliances so the heat can dissipate.
•
Always keep the cooking surface clear of anything that could be damaged by the
cooker.
Rice Cooker
Your Multi Cooker takes the guesswork out of making rice. The spring-loaded disc
at the center of the cooking surface is a temperature sensor that controls the heat.
Once the rice has absorbed all of the water, the sensor automatically switches the
Multi Cooker's temperature to warm.
1. Place the covered utensil with water and rice, on the cooking surface with the
vent closed.
2. Use the "Selector Knob" to select "White" or "Brown" rice.
3. Push "Start". The unit will beep and the "Rice Cooking" light will come on.
4. When there are approximately 10 minutes left in the cooking cycle, the display
will flash "rc10" and count down until the rice is done cooking.
