1. Hold hitch in place and use as a template to mark holes needed to be drilled in the driver side frame rail. (Hitch can be held up by
the tow hook mount and the 3/8" bolts if needed). Remove hitch after holes are marked in there correct locations.
2. Fish wire bolts and square hole washers up thru the middle access hole in the frame and out the 2 attachment holes.
3. Raise hitch into position over the bolts in the frame and attach the 7/16" conical and nut. 3/8" bolts will push through the passenger
side end panel holes that line up with the hitch at the frame rail. Install the 3/8" conical and nuts using a 9/16" socket and a box end
wrench on the end panel side.
4. Install the 7/16" Carriage Bolt and Block thru the vehicle tow hook and the bracket on hitch. Secure bolt using the 11/16" socket or
box end wrench.
Note: check hitch frequently, making sure all fasteners and ball are properly tightened. If hitch is removed, plug all holes in trunk pan or other body panels to prevent
entry of water and exhaust fumes. A hitch or ball which has been damaged should be removed and replaced. Observe safety precautions when working beneath a
vehicle and wear eye protection. Do not cut access or attachment holes with a torch.
This product complies with safety specifications and requirements for connecting devices and towing systems of the state of New York, V.E.S.C. Regulation V-5 and
SAE J684.

Tighten all 7/16" fasteners with torque wrench to 50 Lb.-Ft.
Tighten all 3/8" fasteners with torque wrench to 35 Lb.-Ft.
