Electrical connection
This appliance must be connected to a single-phase 240 volt
network, a two-pin socket + an earth contact of 16 amps. It is
shipped with a power cable type HO7RNF with 3 conductors
(phase + neutral + earth) of 1.5mm² section.
Use
Wash the container and egg baskets in warm soapy water
before use.
Fill the container with 4 L of water before plugging in the
appliance. To switch on your egg cooker, connect it to the
power supply before pressing the illuminated ON/OFF
button. Pre-heat the egg cooker to 100°C for 20 minutes. Set
to the required temperature by turning the thermostat
button to the desired position. We suggest that you set the
temperature to 90°C when cooking eggs.
Egg cooker recommendations for use
Check the water level regularly.
Change the water in your egg cooker regularly to avoid a
build-up of limescale.
This appliance must not be operated without water. The
warranty is not valid for damage resulting from using the
appliance without water.
The time it takes to cook an egg varies according to the recipe.
You can also refer to the sticker on the front of the appliance.
3 minutes for a soft-boiled egg, 5 minutes for a medium-
boiled egg and 9 minutes for a hard-boiled egg.
