Problem
Sound is very weak. • Volume setting on hearing amplifier is too low
Possible causes
• Battery is almost depleted.
• Earphone cover or microphone is dirty.
• Earphone may be damaged.
• Remove the earphone cover and clean the sound tube
and earphone cover.
• Battery compartment is not closed. Close the battery
compartment completely.
• Microphone is dirty.
