Incoming Calls

The Incoming Call screen shows an incoming call on
the second ring and includes the calling name and
number.
Call Log
The Call Log contains information about incoming external calls. You may view the
entry, dial the number associated with the Call Log entry, save the entry to the local
handset directory, delete the entry, or delete all entries in the Call Log.
Multiple handsets may access the Call Log simultaneously. Since any handset may
delete entries, an entry may be deleted while being viewed by another handset. If this
happens, the entry will continue to appear on the other handset until the handset
selects another entry.
Note: When the handset is in the Call Log and receives an incoming call, it exits
the Call Log and displays the received call information.
Accessing the Call Log
1. Press Menu.
2. Select "Call Log" and press OK.
3. Use the [5] and [6] keys to view the call log
entries.
The Call Log Entry screen shows a sample Call Log entry. Line 1 shows the number
of times the person called followed by the date and time of the most recent entry.
Line 2 shows the caller ID (Name, Unknown, or Private). Line 3 shows the Caller ID
number followed by the codes for calls that were Answered (A), and Called Back (C).
4. To call a number from the Call Log, press Talk when the name/number is in the
screen.
Note: If 10-digit dialing is required in your local area code and only the 7-digit
number shows, the call attempt may fail. See Setting Area Code in Chapter 6 of this
Owner's Manual.
Note: If the number of times called is not greater than one, the number of times
called is not shown. Repeat calls are shown to a maximum of nine. If the time and
date were not received from the network before the call arrival, the time and date
are not shown.
