In pulse mode, keep pressing key "B" until CAL
appears in the centre line of the display.
The energy expenditure in calories is automati-
cally measured if a pulse signal is received in
pulse mode. The measured value is shown in the
bottom line of the display.
To reset this value, press and hold down key
"C".

In pulse mode, keep pressing key "B" until the
letters FAT are displayed in the centre line of the
display.
As soon a pulse signal is received in pulse mode,
the estimated amount of fat loss in grams is
shown in the bottom line of the display.
To reset this value, press and hold down key
"C".
Note:
Body Fat function works only above 65% of MHR
B
(after input of age it auto calculate the MHR).
