If the PenCam is not responding correctly you may need to reset the PenCam.
To reset the PenCam use a toothpick or non-metal pointed object to push the reset
button which is located about 1 inch below the Orange/Blue light. Metal objects
may damage the PenCam and should be avoided. This will not reset the time or
delete any fi les.
Use this only if the PenCam is not responding.

Formatting the micro-SD card

The microSD card can be formatted from the PenCam.
1. Ensure the microSD card is installed in the PenCam.
2. Plug the PenCam into a USB port on your PC.
3. Open MY COMPUTER.
4. Find the PenCam drive and right click it.
5. Click FORMAT
6. Click start
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you format the microSD card, all data will be permanently lost.
To reset the date & time follow the instructions on Page 5.
