10. LEAK CHECK

The leack check and/or pressure test according to the technical rules for oil systems (TRÖl)
and according to DWA-A 791 (TRwS) must be carried out:
• before initial start-up,
• after major changes,
• after repairs,
• after the system has been out of operation for more than one year.
11. START-UP
With the adjustable oil pressure regulators, the required outlet pressure has to be set.
Observe the permitted operating pressure of downstream fittings and consuming devices.

ODRE-M T-screw
After installation and start-up, apply weather-sealing paint.
12. OPERATION
The product requires no operation while it is running.
13. MAINTENANCE
Upon proper ASSEMBLY and START-UP, the product is maintenance-free.
14. REPLACEMENT
If there is any sign of wear or if the product or parts thereof are damaged, it must be replaced.
When the product has been replaced, observe the steps ASSEMBLY, LEAK TESTING and
START-UP.
To ensure that the installation functions faultlessly under normal operating conditions, it is
recommended that you replace the product within 10 years of the date of manufacture.

The initial pressure of the adjustable oil
pressure regulator is set as follows:
• by loosening the counternut
the T-screw and reading off the value on
the manometer
 low number = low outlet pressure
 high number = higher outlet pressure
• Retighten the counternut
