Troubleshooting Problems

Problem
The unit has stopped and LCD
backlight is flashing.
The unit doesn't turn on.
I can't hear the built-in nature
sounds.
I can't hear music from
attached MP3 device.
I can't remove the front end
cap from the mamaRoo ®
during disassembly.

Solution
An obstruction has occurred,
blocking movement of
the mamaRoo . Clear the
®
obstruction and press play to
resume.
Check that the unit is
connected to a power source.
Use the arrow buttons on the
right side of the display panel to
select a nature sound. Use the
plus (+) button on the same side
to increase the volume.
Adjust the volume on both
the mamaRoo and the MP3
®
device.
Refer to image #4 in the
Disassembly section of this
manual.
Troubleshooting Problems
Problem
The packaging foam blocks
don't fit when the unit is
repackaged.
The toy bar is on facing
backwards.

Solution
The unit must be homed. Stop
the unit, then press and hold the
power button for 5 seconds to
home.
Rotate the toy bar clockwise
until it faces the front of the unit.
