HANDLEBAR FIXATION ARM

WHAT YOU WILL FIND IN THE BOX:

2 x m-6 hexagon socket wrenches for mounting on the stand
DESCRIPTION AND TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS:
Support arm for xing handlebars during repair work.

This arm can cover the needs of xing the handlebars making it possible to work
e ciently on the front of the bicycle.
With the arm xed to the handlebar, the turning of the bicycle over the clamp is
limited to approximately 90º.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
ASSEMBLY OF THE ARM ON THE GOLIATH PRO+ (G1) STAND
IMPORTANT: USE ONLY THE SCREWS PROVIDED AS USING LONGER SCREWS COULD DAMAGE THE INTERNAL
FUNCTIONING OF THE UPPER FRAME OF THE GOLIATH PRO+ STAND.
The arm comes prepared with 2 sets of holes to be mounted on the di erent supports, in this
case use the holes with greater separation.
1- Fix the lateral slide of the arm to the bracket with the 2 m-6 Allen screws that you will
nd in the box on the lower right side of the bracket housing. (Photo 1 and 2)
2- The arm has a stop to stop a possible fall and not to hit on the support, but when it is
waiting to be used it is advisable to leave it in the down position to avoid accidents.

The arm comes prepared with 2 sets of holes to be mounted on the di erent supports, in this

case use the holes with less separation.
1- Fix the lateral slide of the arm to the support with the 2 m-6 Allen screws that you will
nd in the box on the upper right side of the support. (Photo 3 and 4)
2- The arm has a stop to stop a possible fall and not to hit on the support, but when it is
waiting to be used it is advisable to leave it in the down position to avoid accidents.
*The arm can be installed on both sides of the support, but we advise to do it on the right side as in the pictures,
because in this position you will have access to the bike on the chain, gear cassette and gearbox.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
1- Once the bicycle is placed in the support, open the arm clamp (3) and loosen the nut of
the extension (2).
2- Position the arm on a part of the handlebar allowing it to adjust on the side slide (1), the
extendible (2) and the turn on its axis (4).
3- Press the clamp (3) and x the extension (2) to x the handlebar at the desired angle.
4- With the arm xed to the handlebar you cannot turn the bicycle more than 90º.
WARNINGS OF DANGER IN THE USE:
Do not leave the arm in the raised position when not in use, the accidental fall could cause
an accident.
MAINTENANCE:
1- This accessory does not require any speci c maintenance.
2- The only lubrication points are the threads of the clamp and the nut of the extension,
which must be lubricated with a little grease, Vaseline, etc.
This greasing process should be done at the user's discretion and although it is not
necessary, it does contribute to smoother movements.
