Make sure scooter be off, hold the front pole , loosen a lock lever

steering rack . Adding a steering rack in a horizontal position and secure it by
inserting a hook through a special ring

mudguard. To Assemble the scooter ,disconnect a steering rack lock from a hook of
a mudguard, and then lift it into a vertical position and lock a lever .
