• Rinse appliance with cold water.
- Pour 500 ml of water into the anti-calc opening
- Pour 500 ml of water into the hole connection
- Gently shake the appliance
- Vertically tilt the appliance to empty the water into the sink
• Re-assemble the hose and ensure it is completely locked in place by turning clockwise (until
you hear it click).

• Re-assemble the anti-calc cap by screwing it in completely to ensure that it is watertight but
do not overtighten it.
• Fill up the water tank with 1 litre of tap water.
• Plug in the appliance and allow it to steam until no water is left in the tank.
• Your appliance is now ready to use.
CAUTION:
• Do not attempt to fill the boiler through the steam head holes.
• Never immerse the steam head in water or any other liquids.
• Never add any liquid into the boiler when appliance is hot.
• Only use white vinegar as solution for descaling your product.
Cleaning
• Clean the main unit with a damp cloth.
• Clean the Press & Steam fabric with a damp cloth or non abrasive sponge.
Do not use any cleaning products such as soap or detergents.

Possible causes
The appliance has not
been switched on.

Solutions
Check that the appliance has been plugged
in correctly. Press the On/Off button.
The appliance will begin producing steam
after approximately 60 seconds.
Check that the hose is not bent or twisted.
Check that the steam head is not laying
down on the floor.
Switch off the appliance and fill the water
tank.
Follow the «easy descaling» process.
