For the grill enthusiast who loves fire-roasted flavors, the Mesh Grill Basket is the perfect
solution for cooking delicate meats and vegetables. The locking lid allows you to shake the
basket's contents during cooking without spilling the contents.
Follow all instructions in your grill Operator's Manual as well as the instructions provided on
this sheet when using the grill basket.
INSTALLING THE MESH GRILL BASKET
See Figures 1 - 3.
 Make sure all grill grate and grill insert surfaces are clean.
 Using an insert removal tool (not included) or heat-resistant oven mitts, lift and remove
the grate insert from your grill.
 Add food to the basket as described in Using the Mesh Grill Basket.
 Place the basket in the hole from where the grate insert was removed.
USING THE MESH GRILL BASKET
See Figure 2.
 To prevent food from sticking, apply a light coating of oil or cooking spray to the basket.
 Add food and install the lid.
 Interlock the frame tabs at the rear of the basket and lid.
 Lower the lid.
 Slide the latch tab forward to secure the lid in place.
NOTE: The latch tab cannot be secured if the insert removal tool is installed.
 With the lid securely latched, use an insert removal tool to toss or shake the contents of
the basket as needed to promote even cooking.
 When food is done, remove the basket from the grill using an insert removal tool.
CLEANING THE MESH GRILL BASKET
 Allow the basket to cool completely.
 Clean with regular soap and water. The basket is also dishwasher safe.
 When not in use, store the basket in an enclosed area where it will not be exposed to the
elements.
