flywheel is stationary.
- Maintain one of the two levers pressed forward or
backwards for 10 seconds, then the "Offset procedure not
pedalling" (Pic. 27) will be displayed on screen and the
power meter Zero procedure will begin.
- wait for it to finish. The "Offset" text with a number
(2410 is purely indicative - Pic. 28) will display when the
procedure has successfully completed.
If not, the "Fail" text will display. In this case please try the
procedure again.
Felt pad replacement: you must replace the felt pad when
it's too worn out.
Procedure:
- turn on FUORIPISTA and within 10 seconds push both
lever downwards for at least 20 seconds. The BRAKE text
will display on screen, this confirms that the FUORIPISTA
has entered the felt replacement mode;
- wait for FUORIPISTA to fully stop to make it easier to
remove the pad.
Then FUORIPISTA will enter the energy saving mode.
Replace the felt (please check out paragraph 24_BRAKE
PAD REPLACEMENT).
Brake calibration procedure
- turn on FUORIPISTA and within 10 seconds keep the
emergency button pressed for at least 20 seconds. On the
display you'll see the RPM set to maintain and the actual
cyclist RPM;
- in this phase you need to pedal maintaining the on-screen
cadence (indicated in pedalling per minute) as accurately
as possible. The pedalling cadence to maintain is indicated
on screen (SET) along with the actual user cadence (RPM)
(Pic. 25);
- maintain the pedalling cadence until the calibration result
appears on screen.
Fuoripista automatically reminds you to conduct the
procedure every 1500 km. In this case the "Calibration
needed" text will be displayed. After a few seconds this text
will disappear and the Fuoripista can be used as always.
Though the icon will remain on screen until the user
conducts the procedure.

27_MAINTENANCE

Clean FUORIPISTA after every use to avoid wear over time.
To clean the wooden parts (body and feet) use a product
specific to clean wooden surfaces or just use a slightly
damp cloth. Dry out everything after use.
To clean the glass parts (legs and flywheel) use a damp
cloth and dry out after. Use paper and alcohol should you
encounter tough to remove stains.
Use a slightly damp cloth to clean the metal parts, make
sure to dry them out after.
Follow the saddle manual instructions to clean the saddle.
Use a damp cloth to clean the handlebar tape from the
bottom up.

28_PACKAGING

If the roller needs to be shipped, careful packaging is critical:
- remove the charger cable from FUORIPISTA;
- pack up FUORIPISTA in its original box.
During shipments, packs often undergo mistreatment and
very hard impacts, therefore inadequate packing can result in
permanent damage to the roller. This type of damage is not
covered by the warranty.
Note: before sending the roller or any other component
assistance, always firstly consult Elite or the distributor.
Any items received without prior agreement will be rejected.

of Elite S.r.l.
International copyright law protects the software.

30_PRODUCT MODIFICATIONS

Also in view of any technical update, ELITE reserves the right to
make changes to the products or their specifications without
being obliged to notify or inform the Customer beforehand for:
a) changes that do not affect negatively the product
performance;
b) changes required to meet or improve the product
specifications;
c) changes necessary for the products to comply with the
applicable legal requirements.
ELITE also reserves the right to supply these products with
these improvements without being obliged to or responsible
for applying the same modifications to any previously
purchased products, reserving also the right to change
prices and model availability according to market conditions,
component availability and other corporate considerations.
