3.3 Tuning

By pressing the "TUNING" button, you switch to Tuning mode,
and can make several settings to adjust the SPEEDSTER
ForceShock to the game or to your own driving style.
The settings are displayed in the two-character LED Display.
Menu navigation and setting changes:
1. Press "TUNING"
2. Choose the required function using the
Directional buttons "LEFT" and "RIGHT"
3. To change the setting, press the
Directional buttons "UP" and "DOWN"
4. Press "TUNING" to exit Tuning mode
The settings remain even after switching off the console. To set
back all settings to delivery state, press the "TUNING" button
while operating for at least five seconds.

3.3.1 Dead Zone

Adjustment range: +3 to –9
The dead zone is the area around the central position of the
steering wheel within which a movement does not trigger a
reactionfrom the car in the game. This area can be extended, or
completely eliminated if you want every steering wheel movement
to immediately result in a reaction by the car.

3.3.2 Sensitivity

Adjustment range: 0 to 5
This function determines the degree to which the car reacts to a
steering wheel movement in the game. With a setting of 4, even a
slight movement will cause the car to turn sharply. At 0, you have
to turn the steering wheel right round to achieve the same turn.

3.3.3 Force Feedback

Adjustment range: 0 to 3
The intensity of the Force feedback effect can be selected freely.
At "0", Force feedback is deactivated.
3.3.4 Vibration Effect (Actuator)
Adjustment range: 0, 1, 2, 3
You can configure the degree of vibration of the two motors
(Actuators). 0 = off; 1 = 50%; 2 = 100%; 3 = 200%

3.3.5 Steering Resistance

Adjustment range: 0 to 3
The intensity of the steering resistance determines the force that
is necessary to move the steering wheel.

3.3.6 Programming

Different functions can be assigned to the horn button in the
middle of the steering wheel and the two gear levers.
Press the button that you want to change (for example, horn
button). Then press the required function (for example, key
"R2 button"). You can then reassign the function of the next
button, or exit programming mode.
The function of the pedals can also be changed. Some games can
be controlled with a greater degree of precision if the right
analog stick of the Analog Controller (DUALSHOCK

In programming mode, press the accelerator pedal and then
