Problem Solving

PROBLEM CAUSE
There is no steam Steamer not plugged in
ON/OFF switch not in
"ON" position
Water tank is low or
empty
The hose is kinked
There is low or Mineral build-up
intermittent steam
Water tank is low
Water runs through Condensation in steam
the steam holes in the hose
nozzle
The steam hose and
nozzle are not being
used in a a vertical
position
Nozzle gurgles Condensation in steam

The steamer takes a Mineral build-up

The water tank is filled
above the fill line
SOLUTION
Plug into electrical outlet
Remove the steam nozzle and hang on door
hook. Push the switch to the "ON" position.
Switch will illuminate.
Check water tank to be sure it is full. See Filling
the Water Tank on page 5.
Be sure the steam hose is fully extended.
Follow the Removing Mineral Build-Up procedure
on page 9.

Hold the hose vertically to allow the water to run
back into the water tank.

on page 9
Unplug the steamer, allow it to cool for 30
minutes, remove the steam hose and empty the
water water tank to the maximum fill line.
