CARE AND MAINTENANCE
All maintenance should only be carried out by a qualified service technician.
Cleaning
Before cleaning or performing any maintenance, remove battery from the tool. For safe and
proper operation, always keep the tool and its ventilation slots clean.
Always use only a soft, dry cloth to clean the plastic transparent cover, never use detergent or
alcohol. Always wear safety goggles when cleaning tools with compressed air.
Changing the Fuse
The 12 Volt adaptor contains a 250 Volt, 6.3
Amp, Ø5 x 20 mm fuse to protect the adaptor and
spotlight from unexpected power surges.
To replace the fuse:
a. Unscrew the fuse cap on the end of the 12 Volt
adaptor.
b. Install the replacement fuse. If the spring
comes out, be sure to reinsert it before
installing the new fuse.
c.
Thread the fuse cap back onto the adaptor.
Tighten securely.
TROUBLESHOOTING
WARNING
Press the ON/OFF button to switch off the spotlight and remove battery from the tool before
performing troubleshooting procedures.
PROBLEM
The light does not
work.
The spotlight starts
flashing intermittently.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
1. Low battery capacity.
2. The light has stopped
working to protect
internal circuits.
Low battery capacity.

CORRECTIVE ACTION
1. Charge the battery.
2. Turn off the light, wait for the tool
and battery to cool down, then and
start the tool again.
Charge the battery.
