Speaker selection
The speakers should be powerful enough. The impedance of the front
speakers should be 4 Ω - 8 Ω The impedance of the middle and rear
speakers should also be 4 Ω - 8 Ω.
Connecting the speakers
1.
Switch off the unit to make the connection and remove the mains plug
from the socket. Do not switch the unit on again until the connection
has been successfully established.
2. Make sure that all plugs are properly inserted into the terminals,
otherwise the speakers may generate noise.
System connector and speaker connector
1.
The speaker impedance should be correct (see „speaker selection"),
otherwise the unit or the speakers may be damaged.
2. Make sure that the speaker wires do not come into contact with other
wires or metal parts, as this may damage the speakers or the unit itself.
3. Make sure that the polarity of the speaker wires is correct. If the speaker
wires are connected incorrectly, the sound output will appear unnatural.
