In the following section, you may find a series of technical difficulties that may occur
and what you can do to solve them:
1.
The JOOULY does not turn on:
Reason a: The battery of the JOOULY is empty.
Solution a: Charge the battery by using the charging cable that came with your
JOOULY.
Reason b: You are using the ON/OFF buttons on the remote control.
Solution b: The remote control only controls the light of the JOOULY, once it is turned
on. Please use the ON/OFF button on the bottom of your JOOULY to turn it
on and off.
2.
The JOOULY makes scratching noises:
Reason:
The battery is almost empty.
Solution:
Charge the battery by using the charging cable that came with your
JOOULY. Once the light of the charging device turns green, the JOOULY's
battery is fully charged.
3.
My JOOULY cannot synchronize with other JOOULYs:
Reason a: You have the JOOOULY non-sync version (with a black leather strip).
Solution a: This JOOULY product is unable to synchronize with other JOOULYs.
Reason b: Your JOOULY is already synchronized with another JOOULY.
Solution b: De-synchronize your JOOULY by pressing the ON/OFF button on the bottom
of the JOOULY once shortly. Then remove the JOOULY from the Bluetooth
menue of your device.
4.
The JOOULY does not respond to the remote control:
Reason a: The JOOULY is too far away from the remote control.
Solution a: We recommend a distance of 2 to 3 meters between JOOULY and remote
control.
Reason b: The buttons of the remote are not correctly used.
Solution b: Please press the button in the middle of the circle.
Reason c:
The remote's battery is empty.
Solution c: Please replace the remote's battery with a new one.
5.
The JOOULY cannot connect to a Bluetooth device:
Reason:
The JOOULY is already connected to another device.
Solution:
De-synchronize your JOOULY by pressing the ON/OFF button on the bottom
of the JOOULY once shortly.
6.
The JOOULY cannot be charged:
Reason:
The plug-in device and the USB-cable are not properly connected.
Solution:
Please make sure that the plug-in device and USB-cable are tightly
connected.
