Defrost Button:
Is ideal for frozen breads that should be thawed before toasting.
Reheat Button:
The Reheat Button allows you to reheat your bread while not over toasting the
outside.
Cancel Button:
Allows you to interrupt the Toasting Cycle.
Using Your Toaster:
1. Make sure the bread carriage lever is in the up position.
2. Unwind the power cord and plug into the nearest electrical outlet.
3. Run toaster empty through 1 full cycle to allow the new element to preheat and
burn off any dust that may have accumulated during assembly.
4. With the bread carriage in the up position insert the slice(s) you would like to toast.
5. Turn the Browning Dial to the desired browning setting. The higher the number the
darker the toast (Your toaster has 1-6 browning levels).
Attention: Always use the CANCEL button if you see or smell burning.
6. Press the carriage lever down until it locks into position
7. When the toaster cycle is completed the toast rises automatically.
8. When heating is complete, unplug the product from the electrical outlet.
9. Never wrap the power cord around the outside of the toaster. The power cord
should be wrapped around the cord storage cavity underneath the toaster.
WARNING: Always unplug the product from the electrical outlet when it is not in use
or will be left unattended.
Toasting Tips:
*Toasting times may vary on the moisture level of the bread you are toasting.
• For slightly DRY bread, use a lower setting (1-3) on the Browning Control Knob.
