3. Remove fan from the fan drive after removal from
the truck.
4. For best results, check and replace any worn belts.
5. Check fan for any damage and clean radiator prior to
installation.
Installation
1. Attach fan to Horton viscous fan drive using fasten-
ers included in package. Torque to 18 ft-lbs (24 Nm).
Self-tapping bolts supplied. Holes may not be fully
threaded when new.
2. Using the International wrenches ZTSE43221 and
ZTSE43972, install the Horton viscous fan drive on
the engine.
Right-hand thread, turn clockwise to tighten.
