1. Application
Spraying and injecting liquid wood treatment products.
2. Connection
Always check that the power supply used compels with the current norms, is secured and compatible with the
pump.
Also check that the machine is clean and in good condition: no dysfunction is detected, no spare part is
damaged or from another manufacturer that MABI, and all the elements are perfectly set.
Then the pump can be plugged in, using its electrical cable.
3. Switching on
Be careful: do not use this equipment before reading this manual.
The oil tank's red cap is only used for the transport.
Before using the pump, you must replace it by the yellow cap provided.
1/ Check the oil level
2/ Check the cleanliness of the suction filter
3/ Connect the suction/return hose and the high pressure hose
4/ Switch on the motor
5/ Completely unscrew the pressure regulator knob and hold it pushed
6/ Wait until seeing the product coming out from the return hose
7/ To obtain the required pressure, tighten the pressure regulator knob
4. Switching off the pump
1/ Unscrew the pressure regulator knob (turn counterclockwise)
2/ Release the pressure pressing on the gun trigger
3/ Remove the suction hose from the plastic can and wait until there are no more product remaining inside
4/ Switch off the motor
5/ Disconnect the pump from the electricity network
