Set up
English
Setting the line:
1. Tie the rope at one end making sure the anchor point can withstand the tension of the line.
2. At the other end use a turnbuckle, having a strong anchor point. Make a loop to the rope and use
the tensioner to join the anchor point and the cast made.
3. The High Speed Cablecam incorporates a motor height adjustment system that allows you to
mount the cablecam and adjust the pressure that the wheel exerts on the cable after the cable has
been installed and tensioned.
4. Turn the motor positioning knob until the top edge of the motor is below the line joining the bottom
edges of the 2 end pulleys, so that you can mount the cablecam on the cable. Once on the cable,
turn the wheel positioning knob again to raise the wheel to a point where traction is adequate.
Camera mounting:
To mount the camera it is necessary to use a specific adjustment plate for the camera or gimbal.
Adjust the plate according to the anchor diagram of the High Speed Cablecam.
Turning on the High Speed Cablecam:
1. Check that the two batteries are connected.
2. Press and hold the power button located in the corner of the box until the white light illuminates.
Turnigy TGY-i6s controller use:
1. Press both power buttons simultaneously until the center display lights up.
2. The right stick has the full range of speeds, while the speed of the left stick is approximately 25%
of the maximum speed of the cablecam, allowing more precise control at low speeds.
3. The effect of the two sticks is additive, so you can start with one and follow the movement with the
other without there being a discontinuity in speed.
NOTE: The Noxon programmable controller takes precedence over this one. Therefore, if both are
on, the synchronization will be done with the programmable controller and not with the Turnigy TGY-
i6s.
