TROUBLESHOOTING

If your steamer does not work well, check the following points:
PROBLEM
The machine does not
produce steam.
The water leaked from
the tank.

hum or a pumping sound.

SOLUTION
Wait for unit to heat up
Ensure unit is plugged into a functioning socket.
Ensure the water tank is full and installed correctly.
Fill water tank.
Wait for unit to heat up.
This is normal during operation.
