Special Cares
3.1

External Cleanning

Always use a soft moisten cloth – in water or neutral liquid soap - to clean the
external case. Do not use any chemical solvents such as ethanol or similar. Their
use can cause damages to the microterminal case.
3.2

Environment

The microterminal must be operated placed on a plain and stable surface. Avoid
places with high humidity, dusty or high heat.

Troubleshooting
Problem
No answer when the
equipment is connected.
The equipment is
connected but no display
image appears.
The equipment is
connect but the keyboard
doesn't works.
The equipment turns off
by itself during normal
use.

Possible causes
The feeding cable is not
connected.
There is no power in the
socket.
Failure in the Display.
Failure in the Keyboard.
Inappropriate installation
conditions.
Solution
Disconnect the equipment and
connect the feeding cable again.
Connect the feeding cable to
another socket.
