7. Zip the lower, short zipper at
bottom of seat back.
8. Hook D-rings onto each side of
the stroller frame.
9. Fasten lower snap and upper hook
of arm cover. Wrap arm cover over
stroller arms and fasten hook and
loop closures. Repeat for other
side.
10. To attach headrest, pass straps
through slots in seat back.
Fasten hook and loop
strips behind seat back.
