The indicator light to the left of the mains switch lights up when the heater is
is switched on. The indicator light goes out within 10 seconds.

Turn on the main switch. A long "beep" sounds when the switch is is set to the
ON position "I". Note: The remote control loses all stored functions if the switch
is set to the OFF position "O".
F L A M E
The flame is switched from Flame A – Flame B – Flame C – Flame Off.
Flame A: full bright flame + little blue
Flame B: full bright flame
Flame C: half-bright flame

Note: The heater can be switched on using this button. The heating is switched
from low to high to heating OFF. The heater works when the temperature set by
the thermostat is higher than the room temperature. The fan operates about
10 seconds before the heater and stops about 10 seconds later than the heater.
The indicator light in the lower fuel bed is always on when the heater is on.

First set the control to level 9 and when the room has reached the desired
temperature, slowly turn the rotary switch anticlockwise until the thermostat
"clicks". The thermostat then keeps the room at this desired temperature.
To increase the temperature, turn the control clockwise to a higher setting. Set-
tings 1–9 correspond to a room temperature of 9 to 34
N OT E: When the heater is switched on for the first time, a slight odour
may be present. This is normal and should not occur again unless the
heater is not used for a long period of time.
