ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Insert two 1/2 in. screws (BB) through bracket (B)
and secure to outlet box (not included).

1/2 in. Screw
2. Connect wires as shown – black to black, white to
white, and bare wire to green using approved wire
connectors (not provided). If the junction box does
not have a ground wire, connect bare ground wire
to the ground screw on junction box.
NEVER connect ground wire to black or white
power supply lines.
3. Position canopy (A) over mounting box and
attach with one mounting screw (AA).
