defrosting the unit

This show case should be manually defrosted.
1. Unplug the unit and open the door. Remove food, shelves and
drawers before defrosting. Temporarily transfer food to a cool
box.
2. Open drainage holes and place containers to catch the water pro-
duced by defrosting.
3. Allow the unit to naturally defrost. Wipe the defrost water with a
dry, soft cloth. When the frost has completely soften, an ice
scraper might be used to the accelerate defrosting process.
WARNING: NO MECHANICAL DEVICES OR OTHER
MEANS DIFFERENT FROM THE RECOMMENDED BY
THE MANUFACTURER SHOULD BE USED TO ACCEL-
ERATE THE DEFROSTING PROCESS OF THE UNIT. DO
NOT DAMAGE THE REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT.
power failure, vacations or moving
Foods can be preserved for a couple of hours even in summer in case
of power failure. It is recommended to reduce the frequency of
opening the door and do not place fresh foods into the appliance.
Please unplug the appliance if it will not be used for a long period
of time. Unplug the unit before cleaning. Keep the door open to
avoid the bad odors.
Do not turn the unit upside down, or horizontally. The carrying
angle for this unit should not be greater than 45°. Please hold the
door and hinge when moving.
Continuous operation is recommended after turning on the appli-
ance.
Do not move the show case under normal circumstances so as not to
affect its service life.
