DANGER
• DO NOT USE THE JACK TO SUPPORT OR
STABILIZE A LOAD. Using the jack to support
or stabilize a load may result in unexpected
movement and result in serious bodily injury and/
or death. Always immobilize and stabilize the
load to be lifted. Never place any part of the
body under a raised load without properly
immobilizing and supporting the load.
• Using the jack on curved or tubular vehicle
bumpers will result in the vehicle slipping off the
jack and falling, causing serious bodily injury
and/or death.
• When using the jack as a winch, always use
chains or tow straps that have a greater working
strength/capacity than the jack. If a chain or tow
strap breaks while winching, the load could shift
or the chain or tow strap could snap back causing
serious bodily injury and/or death.
• When used as a winch, the top clamp will

To Raise a Stationary Load: (Do not exceed the maximum load of 4,660 lbs.)
1.
When raising a stationary load, immobilize and stabilize the load to prevent it from rolling or shifting.
2.
Place the base plate of the jack on a firm, level and dry surface with the steel bar frame in a
vertical position. Use optional foot plate (included) to stabilize jack base as needed.
3.
With handle vertical and clipped to steel bar frame, pull the reversing latch into the raise position until
it locks. (see Fig. 2 on next page)
4.
Pull the handle away from the steel bar frame. (see Fig. 1)
5.
Using the handle, raise the lifting mechanism until the lower clamp is securely under the load.
6.
While grasping the handle firmly with both hands, carefully move the handle up and down. As
you push the handle down, the upper climbing pin will disengage, be lifted up one hole, and
then engage into the next hole above. As you raise the handle the lower climbing pin will repeat that
process. The load is lifted on each down stroke of the handle. Maintain controlled grip of the handle
through the entire handle stroke.
7.
While raising the load, insure that the load remains stabilized and the jack remains secure and vertical.
8.
When the load has been raised to the desired height, secure handle in the vertical position clipping it to
the steel bar frame.
9.
Stabilize and immobilize the load before lowering the load onto the blocks.

support up to 4,660 lbs. Exceeding this limit will
result in the top clamp bending or breaking,
causing the load to move or the chain or tow
strap to snap back causing serious bodily injury
and/or death.
• When using the jack for clamping, do not exceed
the maximum clamping force of 750 lbs. If you
exceed this limit, the top clamp could bend or
break, resulting in serious bodily injury and/or
death.
• Unexpected movement of the jack handle may
result in the user being struck, causing serious
bodily injury or death. Always keep your head
and body away from and out of the jack handle
path of movement.
• The jack handle may move rapidly when shifting
the reversing latch and cause serious bodily
injury and/or death. Always place the handle
against the steel bar frame with the handle clip

• Stabilize and immobilize the load, vehicle and
trailer when operating this jack.
• The jack, while standing vertical and
unsupported, may tip over and cause serious
bodily injury and/or death. Always support jack
or lay it on its side when not in use.
• This jack will not operate safely without proper
lubrication. Using the jack without proper
lubrication will result in poor performance and
holding it up before shifting the reversing latch.
This will prevent the handle from moving up and
down rapidly. Securely hold on to the jack
handle so your hands do not slip and ensure the
handle is not in the horizontal position when
shifting the reversing latch.
• During lifting and lowering, the weight of the
load pushes up against the jack handle. If your
hands slip off the handle or if the handle is
horizontal when you shift the reversing latch, it
may move up very quickly and may result in
serious bodily injury and/or death.
• Never attempt to raise more than one tire at a
time. Never raise an inflated tire more than 2"
above the ground. Failure to follow these
instructions may result in serious bodily injury
and/or death.
damage to the jack. The jack is not self-
lubricating, inspect the jack before use and
lubricate when necessary.
• Inspect the jack carefully before each use. Check
climbing pins for damage or wear. Make sure
steel bar frame is straight and nothing is blocking
the steel bar frame holes. Make sure jack is
properly lubricated. Do not use this jack if
damaged, worn, or out of alignment.
Failure to follow these warnings and instructions may result in
property damage, serious bodily injury, and/or death.
