The first operation is to fix the loop to the trouser body.

ADVANTAGES
The loop is applied quickly and:
• is perfectly perpendicular to the waistband, in the required position on the trouser body.
• is placed with the right length between the lower seam and the two edges of the waistband.
• is easy for the operator to fold over manually and to sew the upper part, having the correct loop length.
The lower seam of the loop is perfectly central; the upper cut is shaped, thereby increasing the quality of the trousers.
By calculating the correct length of the loop band, each pair of trousers has its own loops applied to it. After washing, the problem of having loops with a different colour
from that of the trouser material does not arise.
The operator that fixes the waistband carries out a single sewing cycle, without stopping to insert the loops, thereby increasing production.
Using the automatic loop application unit results in an approximately 40% increase in productivity, compared to a completely manual cycle.
Not only is the level of quality higher; but the operator does not need to be fully trained, as he/she would with a completely manual cycle.
