The care you take in reading and following this instructions will
probably determinate the satisfactory service you will receive from
your Hot Plate.
NOTE: This equipment must be used only for its intended application,
any alteration or modification will void the guarantee.
UNPACKING.
Carefully remove the Hot Plate from the shipping case. Preserve all paper
work for future reference. If damage has occurred from shipment a claim
must be filed with the carrier immediately; preserve the shipping container
for inspection by the carrier. Contact your dealer or Felisa.
INSTALLATION.
Install your Hot Plate by connecting to a supply of adequate voltage,
cycle, phase and wattage (see specification label). Voltage should not vary
more than 10% from the data plate rating.
When selecting a site for the Equipment, consider all conditions which
might affect performance. The Hot Plate can be install on any surface or
table sufficiently strong and firm.
Allow al least a space of 15 cm. Between the Hot Plate and any other
equipment, material or surface.
TEMPERATURE CONTROL.
The temperature control (infinite type), regulates the temperature in the
plate proportionally, based on the control knob (12) selection. This knob
allows the user to select temperatures between 100 and 400 °C. With an
approximate error of + - 10%. The knob operation is CCW.

HEATING ELEMENT.
Armored stainless steel
heating element type, integrated with the
aluminum die casting plate give a high efficiency in the heat
transmission.The heating element is replaceable.
HOT PLATE OPERATION.
Turn on you Hot Plate with the temperature control Knob (12) and select
the desired temperature, the pilot light will turn on and the plate starts the
heating until reach the select temperature.
It is important to understand that the temperature selected in the control
correspond to the plate temperature.
When you don't need heat in the plate turn off the equipment.
PRECAUTIONS.
Never touch the Hot Plate until you are absolutely sure that the plate is
cool.
To carry out any maintenance work disconnect the Hot Plate from its
energy source.
Variations in voltage con damage the components and modify the control
settings.
Tun off your equipment when you are not using it.
REPAIRS.
Like any other manufactured product, some parts of the Hot Plate could
be damaged after using for a long period. To replace them always use
original factory parts, a list of which is included in this instruction manual.
Always order the parts with its corresponding number. All the parts,
maintenance service or guarantee can be ordered from the distributor
where you bought the equipment or directly from the factory.
