• Impurity due to the construction or a break of the material and
impurity due to operation mistakes cannot be excluded. Thanks to
the low viscosity however it is possible to filtrate FotoDent® cast.
It is recommended to regularly take out the container of the
production unit, to homogenise and filtrate the content.
Upcoming entrained bubbles get eliminated through a holding
time of approx. 1–2 hour with FotoDent® cast.
When embedding FotoDent® cast, please note the manufacturer´s
data of the used embedding materials. To ensure that the resin
combusts without any residue, a holding time of 60 minutes at
800–900 °C is recommended.
To avoid damage of material quality do not expose the liquid
material to light under any circumstances. Variations from the
described manufacturing process may lead to modified mechan-
ical characteristics and/or colour variations of the FotoDent® cast
material.

Lot number / Expiry date
The lot number and the expiry date are indicated on each
FotoDent® cast packaging. In case of claims please always indicate
the lot number of the product. Do not use the product after the
expiry date.
