Positioning the Truss to Stack

1. Place one dolly in the horizontal position on stable ground.
2. Place your first truss piece, with dolly close to the end of the truss.
3. Close the wrap around clamp over truss chord.
4. Slide the second dolly under the opposite end of the truss piece.
5. Fit the chords into the saddles and into the clamps securely. Be sure the saddles are positioned
between braces.
6. Tighten the clamps closed.
7. Repeat with the second piece of truss.
· DO NOT stack more than 6 truss levels high.
· DO NOT load or place anything on top of the truss stack.
· Make sure truss is secured snuggly in the saddles, BEFORE loading more.
· Pay special attention to the height of the truss stack when transporting as to not hit
anything overhead.
