Inside your gun cabinet, you will fi nd the following items:

F) Top Piece
G) Locking Storage Box
H) Bottom Piece
I) Barrel Rest
J) 4 AA Batteries
K) External Battery Pack
Locate this instruction manual and keep in a safe place after
reading thoroughly. The factory key code can be found printed
on the back page of this manual. If this code is lost, please call
1-800-874-6625 for assistance.
1. Spread out all pieces on the fl oor and check the parts list for
missing parts.
2. When laying pieces on the ground, be careful not to scratch the
powder-coat paint fi nish.
3. Do not tighten bolts until assembly is complete, then tighten all bolts.
4. For HS40135505 make sure smaller barrel rest mounting holes (on Part
E) are on the same end as the locking storage box brackets (Parts C & D).
5. For HS40135508 make sure both locking storage box brackets (Parts C
& D) are at the same end.
6. Take the back panel (Part E) and bolt it to the two side panels (parts C &
E) using 8 nuts provided in the hardware bag (Part J).
7. Install Top Piece (Part F) using 4 nuts provided in the hardware bag (Part
J). The middle tab should go in the back. Stand the cabinet upright, and
tighten these 4 nuts.
8. Lay the cabinet back down and install Locking Storage Box (Part G).
Make sure top of Locking Storage Box is inserted into the slits on the
bottom of the Top Piece (Part F).
