Importantes instrucciones de
seguridad:
Condiciones generales de instalación:
Antes de manipular o conectar el equipo leer éste manual.
No obstruir las ranuras de ventilación del equipo.
Deje un espacio libre alrededor del aparato para proporcionar una ventilación
adecuada.
No situar el equipo cerca de fuentes de calor o en ambientes de humedad
elevada.
No situar el equipo donde pueda estar sometido a fuertes vibraciones o sa-
cudidas.
Operación segura del equipo:
Si algún líquido u objeto se cayera dentro del equipo, por favor recurra al ser-
vicio técnico especializado.
No conectar el equipo hasta que todas las demás conexiones del equipo hayan
sido efectuadas.
Instrucciones para la conexión óptica:
Para la conexión óptica se utilizará un cable de fibra monomodo con conector
tipo SC/APC.
Sacar la tapa protectora del conector óptico ubicado en el interior del equipo,
así como el capuchón del conector del cable monofibra.
Realizar la conexión del cable al equipo teniendo cuidado de enfrentar las
guías de ambos conectores, presionando el conector totalmente hasta el
fondo.
Precauciones de conexionado:
Tratar con sumo cuidado la punta desprotegida de los conectores, pequeños
arañazos, rascaduras, impurezas y/o partículas de suciedad, aceites, grasas,
sudor, etc.. pueden degradar significativamente la señal.
Para la limpieza de la punta de los conectores, frotar (sin ejercer presión) con
un paño de limpiar lentes, que no suelte pelusa, humedecido con alcohol
isopropílico sin aditivos. Antes de realizar la conexión dejar secar totalmente
el alcohol.
Reservar las tapas de conectores y capuchones de los cables para futuras ope-
raciones de extracción/protección de los mismos.
Colocar siempre las tapas protectoras a los conectores de los equipos que no
estén conectados a cables para evitar que el haz láser pueda alcanzar los ojos.
Evite en lo posible el encendido del transmisor sin tener la fibra conectada
a dicho transmisor.

Evite exponerse a la radiación láser. El uso de aparatos de ayuda visual (por ejem-
plo binoculares, lupas, etc.) puede aumentar el peligro a los ojos.

Important safety instructions
General installation conditions:
Before handling or connecting the equipment, please read this manual.
Do not obstruct the equipment's ventilation system.
Please allow air circulation around the equipment.
Do not place the equipment near sources of heat or in excessively moisture
conditions.
Do not place the equipment where it may be affected by strong vibrations or
knocks.
How to use the equipment safely:
If any liquid or object falls inside the equipment, please contact a specialized
technician.
Do not connect the equipment to the mains until all the other connections have
been made.
Instructions for the optical connection:
For the optical connection, a single mode fibre cable is used with an SC/APC-
type connector.
Remove the protective cover from the optical connector on the front panel of the
device, and the cap on the connector of the single fibre cable.
Connect the cable to the device, carefully slotting the guides together for both
connectors, pushing the connector all the way in.
Precautionary measures with the connection point:
Take special care to avoid damaging the unprotected ends of the connectors, as
small scratches, impurities and/or particles of dirt, oil, grease, sweat etc. may
significantly affect the quality of the signal.
To clean the ends of the connectors, gently rub with a lint-free lens cleaning
cloth, dampened using additive-free isopropyl alcohol. Make sure the alcohol
evaporates fully before connecting.
Keep the connector covers and cable caps in a safe place in case they are needed
in the future.
Always fit the covers on the connectors of devices that are not connected to cables
to prevent the laser beam from damaging the eyes.
Avoid turning on the transmitter without having the fibre optic cable connected

Инструкция для оптических подключений:
Для оптического соединения кабеля с одномодовым волокном
используется кабель с коннекторами типа "SC/APC".
Снимите защитный колпачок с оптического коннектора на передней
панели устройства, и колпачок на разъеме одномодового волокна
кабеля.
Подключите кабель к устройству, аккуратно совместив направляющие
обоих разъемов, не нажимая на разъем.
Меры предосторожности при подключении:
Соблюдайте особую осторожность, чтобы не повредить незащищенные
концы соединителей, - мелкие царапины, загрязнения и/или частицы
грязи, масла, жира, пот и т.д. могут значительно повлиять на качество
сигнала.
Очистите концы коннекторов, для этого аккуратно протрите безворсовой
тканью для чистки волокна, слегка смоченной изопропиловым спиртом.
Убедитесь, что спирт испарился полностью перед подключением.
Держать заглушки разъемов и кабеля в надежном месте на случай, если
они понадобятся в будущем.
Всегда закрывайте заглушками разъемы устройства, которые не
