This chapter provides you with important notices with regard to operating the device.
Observe the following notices to avoid dangers and damages:

In the event of a fault, an error code will appear in the display; it describes the cause of the
fault.

Device is not working
Odor during first use
Device suddenly stops
The drum is blocked
The device is hot

Wipe the housing with a soft cloth and a bit of soapy water.
Dry completely and store, as you would like other sharp knives,
keep out of reach for children.
Possible cause
Power plug is not plugged in
Defective power cable or
plug
Defective electrical socket
The motor will need some
time to running in for first
use. The odor will disappear
after the device works for a
while.
Ingredients were pushed
down with pusher too hard
Turn off the device, unplug
and disassemble.
Device was used too long or
overloaded
Rectification
Plug in mains plug!
Send device to Customer
Service
Select another electrical socket
Let the device run for 2 minutes
and let it cool down after this.
Push down the ingredients with
the pusher more carefully.
Remove the blockage. Be
carefully with the sharp drums.
Turn off the device pull the plug
and let it cool down. The device
is not intended for permanent
use. Do not use it for more than
5 minutes without a break.
