Cleaning and Maintenance

CAUTION:
Always be sure that the Umbrella Light is turned off before cleaning or storing the
item.
1. Use a damp cloth to wipe the exterior of the Umbrella Light if necessary.
2. DO NOT immerse the Umbrella Light in water or any other liquid.
3. If the Umbrella Light is exposed to moisture such as light or medium rain,
please allow it to air dry for 24 hours before use.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS – BATTERY WARNING:

DO NOT mix old and new batteries.

DO NOT mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or rechargeable (NI-CD, NI-MH,
etc) batteries.
NOTE:
The clamp on the Umbrella Light will hold securely on poles that have a diameter
of 1", 1.5", and 1.75". It is not designed to hold any additional mass. Please do not
place anything on top of or hang anything from the Umbrella Light as it could fall.
