14. The rice cooker and its accessories may become hot. It is recommended to use
hot pads or oven mitts when removing the lid, steamer insert or rice pot.
15. Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
16. DO NOT let the power cord hang over the edge of a table or counter or touch
any hot surface.
17. Extreme caution must be used when moving the rice cooker containing hot
oil or other hot liquids.
18. DO NOT operate the rice cooker with a damaged power cord or plug or after
it has malfunctioned or is dropped or damaged in any manner. Contact the
warranty center for instructions.
19. When not in use (and before cleaning), the rice cooker should be turned OFF
and unplugged from the outlet. AVOID all contact with moving parts.
20. DO NOT use this unit with an external timer or a separate remote-control
system.
21. NEVER leave the rice cooker unattended while it is operating.
22. Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool
before putting on or taking off parts and cleaning the unit.
