6. Settings

6.1 The Settings menu

To access the Settings menu, touch the Settings button in the lower
right corner of the Main menu.
In the Settings menu you can access to:
• User preferences
• Map settings
• Map Icons
6.2 User preference
To access the User Preferences menu, touch the Settings button
in the lower right corner of the Main menu and then touch the User
preferences button. User preferences include:
• General Settings (e.g. unit of measure)
• Language (text and vocal instructions)
• Route Options (par 5.2)
• Display Options (brightness, night vision / day vision)
• Voice Options (volume and frequency of voice prompts)
• Simulation (simulation of navigation)
• Alarms (proximity alarms for points of interests)
• Reset (default settings)
To save the settings and go back to the User preferences menu touch
the OK button in the lower right corner.
