– If the accessories are used in hazardous areas (e.g. filling
stations), observe corresponding safety instructions. The ap-
pliance may not be operated in explosive atmospheres.
– Do not wedge the trigger of the gun during operation.
WARNING
– When using detergents, the safety data sheet of the detergent
manufacturer must be observed, especially the information
on personal protective equipment.
– Prior to cleaning, a risk assessment must be performed for
the surface to be cleaned to determine the safety and health
requirements. The respective required protective measures
must be taken.
– Do not spray materials containing asbestos or other health-
hazardous substances.
– Let the accessories cool down after hot water operation or
briefly operate the device in cold water operation.
Personal safety gear
WARNING
– The operator must wear protective clothing that was especial-
ly developed for the use with high-pressure water jet ma-
chines. CE-certified protective clothing made of Dyneema fi-
bre offers attested protection when using fixed or rotating
nozzles up to 3,000 bar/45K psi.
– When working or staying in the vicinity of the work area, the
following protective clothing must be worn completely:
Helmet with protective shield
Safety goggles
Capsule ear protection
Protective gloves
Protective jacket
Dungarees
Special safety boots and a middle foot protection
Safety installations
WARNING
Safety installations serve the protection of the user and may not
be modified or bypassed.
Connections and control unit
 Prior to the installation, apply anti-seize installation paste
(material no. 9.892-362.0) to all threads.
 Connect HP hose, control cable remote control and suction
hose.

In order to achieve a perfect cleaning performance, the device
must be adjusted to the relevant case of application.

 Loosen 4 threaded pins to adjust the height of the nozzle
arms above the ground.
 The speed is adjusted by the setting angle of the nozzles.
Adjust the setting angle of the nozzles in a maximum range of
15° in or against the rotation direction.
 Loosen the pressure screw of the nozzle arms and turn the
nozzle arms into the desired position.
Ensure that the opposite nozzle arms are turned by the same
angle of twist, but in the opposite direction.
 Switch on the high-pressure water jet machine.
 By operating the switch high pressure (position 1), the Floor-
master is switched on.
 By operating the switch high pressure (position 0), the Floor-
master is switched off.
 Switch off the high-pressure water jet machine.
 Store accessories in a frost protected room immediately after
finishing the operation.
Maintenance and care
DANGER
Switch off the high-pressure water jet machine and depressurize
the high-pressure system prior to any work on the device and the
accessories.
Maintenance to be carried out after 350 operating
DANGER
For safety reasons, this maintenance must only be performed by
the customer service.
For this maintenance task the rotating grommet must be dis-
mounted.
 Use transmission grease FAG Arcanol Multitop WOMA mate-
rial no. 9.890-521.0.
 Clean and relubricate bearings, renew if necessary.
 Check all seals, shaft seal and especially the high-pressure
seal and renew if necessary.
 Have accessories checked for proper condition every 12
months by the customer service.
DANGER
For safety reasons, malfunctions may only be rectified by the cus-
tomer service or especially trained personnel.
