Menu 6: Gluten-free bread
For baking gluten-free products using gluten-free flours or flour blends.
Menu 7: Pizza dough
For kneading pizza dough. Pour all ingre- dients into the bread baking mould and the
appliance produces a smooth pizza dough. You then only need to roll out the dough,
add the toppings and bake.
Menu 8: Pasta dough
The programme produces a smooth pasta dough in a very short time.
Menu 9: Jam
Preparing jams. This programme enables you to produce different types of jam. You then
only need to pour the hot jam into the jars.
Menu 10: Baking without kneading and cooking rice
For baking ready-mixed dough; the dough is not kneaded in this programme. This
programme is also suitable for cook- ing rice: add one part rice and just under 2 parts
water to the bread baking mould (e.g. 1 cup of rice and 1¾ cups of water). The baking
or cooking time can be varied using the TIMER buttons (1:10; 1:20; 1:30). You can
interrupt the programme at any time by pressing and holding the START/STOP button
down for two seconds.
Menu 11: Cake
For making sponge cakes. Use the cake baking mould with the stirring hook for this
programme.
Menu 12: Risotto
Use this programme to prepare risotto in the bread baking mould. Insert the stirring
tool and start programme 12. During the first programme phase, onions, oil and rice
are browned. A signal is emitted after this phase is completed. Now add the broth and
allow the programme to run.
Note: Pay attention to the quantities stated on the risotto packaging. We recommend
a ratio of at least 3 parts broth to 1 part rice. After completion of the programme,
you can refine the risotto with white wine, butter and parmesan cheese. Stir these in-
gredients after completing the programme
