EN INSTRUCTIONS AND MODE OF USE
USING YOUR COFFEE MACHINE FOR THE FIRST TIME
Check that no accessories are missing and that the equipment has
not been damaged. Then clean the interior parts taking the following
steps:
•
Remove the water tank simultaneously pressing its catch with
one hand and raising it with the other, moving it away.
Then place around 700 ml of water in the tank. The equipment is
endowed with two water tanks which allows usage simultaneously
or of each separately.
• After fi lling the water tank, put it in its place and check that it has
been placed correctly.
• Plug into the wall socket and connect the general on/off Button
which is located at the rear of the equipment. The indicators on
the water tank and the indicator of the espresso coff ee extraction
button remain lit up.
•
If the access to the capsule insertion hole opens, the equipment
closes it automatically. The equipment then starts pre-heating.
If access to the capsule insertion hole is closed, the application
starts pre-heating immediately.
•
As soon as the indicators of the espresso coff ee, coff ee and tea
extraction buttons come on, this means that the pre-heating has ended.
• Place a cup with capacity of over 180 ml above the cup shelf and
under the extraction nozzle.

•
Press the tea extraction button for 3 seconds to pump the water
and the indicators of the coff ee and espresso coff ee extraction
buttons go out, with the indicator of the tea extraction button
fl ashing.
•
The extraction nozzle starts expelling water and the fl ow stops
automatically after obtaining around 180 ml of water.
•
Turn the main switch off and remove the plug from the socket.
• Empty the water tank and carefully clean all the detachable parts
with water.
Note: When pressing the espresso coff ee, coff ee and tea
extraction buttons, the machine may cause a pumping sound.
This is normal; the sound indicates that the water is being
pumped to prepare coff ee or tea.
USING THE COFFEE MACHINE
Extracting an espresso coff ee (35 cc)
•
Remove the water tank by pressing its catch and raising it to
move it away. Fill the detachable water tank without exceeding
the MAX mark inscribed thereon.
Note: The maximum capacity of two water tanks is 1400 ml.
The water tank must be full up to the maximum level, so as
to reduce the frequency of this operation.
•
Then put the water tank back in its place, checking that it has
been correctly placed.
• Connect the machine to the electrical current and press the general
on/off button which is located at the rear of the equipment. The
water tank indicators and the indicator of the espresso coff ee
extraction button are lit up. The equipment starts pre-heating.
• Once the desired temperature has been attained, the indicators
of the espresso coff ee, coff ee and tea extraction buttons light up.
• Place an espresso coff ee cup on top of the cup shelf and under
the extraction nozzle.
• Press the espresso coff ee extraction button once and the access
to the capsule insertion hole opens. The indicators of the coff ee
and tea extraction buttons go out and the indicator of the espresso

coff ee extraction button fl ashes.
• Insert just one coff ee capsule in the access to the capsule insertion
hole.
• Press the espresso coff ee extraction button a second time.
Access to the capsule insertion hole closes automatically.
• The equipment prepares the capsule and the indicator of the
espresso coff ee extraction button fl ashes.
• After preparing the quantity of coff ee selected, the equipment
stops and lets the used capsule fall automatically into the capsule
collection tray.
• During the preparation of coff ee, the espresso coff ee extraction
button may be pressed for the third time in order to stop the
operation.
•
During the preparation of coff ee, if there is any warning of a lack
of water, blockage or no capsule collection tray (the details are
indicated in the TROUBLE-SHOOTING section), the equipment
stops and, to resolve the problem, press the espresso coff ee
extraction button to close and eject the used capsule and load
the next capsule.
• Once the desired coff ee has been obtained, the equipment stops
automatically and returns to the "function available for use" mode
