The machine should be stored in a dry area which is not exposed to extreme temperatures.
MAINTENANCE
Note: Please ensure a qualified electrician carries out all maintenance procedures.
The mixer is designed to give many years of trouble free operation. It is, however, important that the simple regular maintenance
listed in this section is carried out. It is recommended that an approved we dealer carries out all major maintenance and repairs.
Always use genuine replacement parts, the use of spurious parts may void your warranty. Before any maintenance is carried out on
the machine, ensure it is unplugged.
Routine Maintenance
Motor brushes
Gearbox Grease
The machine is fitted with self-deactivating carbon motor brushes. This means that the machine will automatically switch off once
the brushes have been worn down to a certain level. See the instructions below on how to replace then.
REPLACING THE CARBON MOTOR BRUSHES.
Also keep the ventilation slits (4) clear of dirt and residue so that the machine can be cooled adequately.
Note: The numbers shown in brackets refer to the pictures shown in the Machine Description section of the booklet.
1. Using a flat-blade screwdriver, unscrew the two brush holders (8) which are located on either side of the motor casing.
2. Remove the worn out brushes, and replace with new brushes.
3. Re-tighten both brush holders (8) ensuring that the brushes are securely fitted.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION – WASTE IDENTIFICATION
Take waste to authorized collection centers and organizations.
DISPOSAL OF PACKAGING
The packaging is composed of cardboard which can be considered a CER 15 01 01 waste or urban waste assimilated 20 01 01.
MACHINE DISPOSAL
When it is necessary at the end of its product life, scrap the machine; it must be taken for disposal, separating the motor, the cable
and the switch from the structure.
